SO does this mean NO cruise ships to Key West? The Magic stops in Key West but it still lists it as a port.
From the article it sounds like ALL the cruise ships can no longer dock as the only facilities that can handle them are Navy owned. Or am I missing something?

There are other docks downtown that are not affected. The whole thing is curiously vague on the part of both Carnival and Key West, but what it appears to boil down to is the loss of one dock and Carnival had to decide which ships had to be dropped from Key West. I'm sure the fuel savings they get from staying near Nassau, and Coco Cay is not far away, was no small part of the decision.
