Default onboard credits
OK, need help understanding....booked early saver, prices have dropped, sent forms in...got onboard credits! Great....question....why is it....when i go into print my documents...it shows a specific onboard credit amount....but when I go into the email confirmation they sent me after honouring my onboard credits (as the price went down)...they are saying I have $100 more onboard credits... they say i have 200 .where did this other 100 come from? Could they have honoured "free onboard credits" from a promotion that was going at the same time? Does early saver qualify for this added perk?

I guess my question is this: When I go into print my documents....it says....350..onboard credit....underneath that it says promotional onboard credit 100 nonrefundable. Is the total 450 or is the nonrefundable credit included in the 350. Thanks

Given what you said initially I'd say the $350 includes the non-refundable $100 and they are just noting it separately so you know you won't be getting that money if you only use the first $250 by the time the cruise ends.

I guess you are going to have to call them and ask.
