Cucina del Capitano?

Hello all,

I was if anyone has tried the Italian restaurant Cucina del Capitano aboard some of the carnival ships? If so, do you remember the cost and did you feel it was worth it?

Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

Amy

A friend ate there on the Carnival Breeze this past December. He said the food was really good and enjoyed it. I think the dinner fee is $12 per person, which is very reasonable compared to some of the dining surcharges charged by other cruise lines for their Italian eateries.

That is good to know. $12 is not bad at all. Thank you Dave!

Also, you can have lunch there for free.. I think the menu is much more limited but it is a good break from buffet or MDR choices. Although lunch may only be on sea days
