April 23rd 2011 leaving out of New Orleans, any news on the ports??? last time I cruised out of N.O. was on the conqest when Hurricane Katrina hit... what a mess.

New Orleans has long been back to normal port-wise. In fact there are several ships that will be in the New Orleans market next year.

The only thing I didn't like about the new facility in New Orleans was the long line of cars getting into the parking garage. Once that mess is over, the trip got easy.

You should have a great time on the Triumph, she's my new favorite ship.
