I have to say that the Elation has the best crew of any of the Carnival ships I have sailed on. I hope both ships get to their new home ports without having to go through the oil. I sure don't want the Fantasy arriving here with oil smudge on her.

Not to worry... I am sure they will have her bright and shiny for her appearance in SC!!!
Just my opinion from my cruise on her. Of course the crews are always amazing. They were in exceptional good spirits because they had brought the ship to Port Canaveral to do a few runs before going into drydock at Freeport. The ship was home ported on the west coast, so most of them had never been to the east coast ports. Plus it was a Halloween cruise. Some of the bar and casino staff asked me to meet them for the Conch Train tour on Key West so I could show them where certain stores were located. They had a blast shopping and exploring a new port.

Thanks, I hope so. They need to do a better job of keeping the funnels bright and shiny between drydocks. The Fascination's before it's drydock was pink, faded blue, and white.
