I've been reading alot lately of luggage fees. Is Carnival now charging a luggage fee? I'd like to know because I am scheduled to board the Carnival Victory in Feb. and have my budget all set up and I am not counting on any fees at check-in. If anybody has any info on this I'd like you to please let me know so I can adjust my budget. Thanks to all!
