Carnival Miracle Damaged in St. Kitts

They all stopped after 9/11, but this is a "trial basis" tour from what we are told. I assume that by limiting it to 16 people, there is ample time for security/background check since the tour is the last day at sea. I doubt that they go to that extreme, but who knows.

The weather has been really nasty the past few months, so many accidents. I wonder if they should start using tugs to help out in bad conditions.
