OK... Now if i have redeemed them for merchandise on the ship,how will I know if it will be actually going to happing? Is there a place I can see the order? its not on my cruise tickets that I have printed off..

Didn't they send you a confirmation email? If not go into your account and print the page that has the info. I'm just guessing as I haven't used any for gifts yet. I wish I could have used some for the Vodka I ordered yesterday.

They first lowered the 12k limit to 8k when banks where having issues. Then they just up & closed it for inactivity. No warning...just a letter saying it was closed. Maybe had I gotten a letter stating they would close it in 30 days if not used I could have decided for myself if I really wanted to keep it.

That ain't right! They left my limit alone and instead upped the interest rate during that time for no reason on my end. Do you have your last statement with your points balance? I'm just wondering if someone high up in the company could get them re-instated if you opened a new account.
