Our cruise day will be here before you know it. Need to decide on excursions for the different ports. Also, we are continuing to look for additions to our costumes. This will will be our 3rd cruise. I would love to cruise about every 3 months but the wallet will not allow.

Sure wish I could cruise every 3 months too!

When I had to cancel my "Dream" cruise the first replacement that came to mind was a Halloween cruise for the time frame available. I've had so much fun on the previous ones.

Snardy, I'm with you, every 3 months would be fantastic, but my wallet has moths flying out when it's opened.

Hi snardy, my daughter dances on the ships and holidays are special. When you do the same thing week after week it can get like "Ground Hog Day" so when a holiday comes up the crew really gets into it. If you see a group of very fit people with a theme to all their costumes you can bet it's the cruise entertainers. And all the enthusiasm is real on the holidays. you will have a blast.
A simple costume is an Olympic Athlete, running shorts, shoes and an olive branch around your head.

I have a friend whose daughter was a nurse on a cruise ship. She really enjoyed the opportunity to spend a little time in the different ports, but she enjoyed the various holidays that were celebrated aboard ship. Had not thought about the Olympic Athlete, that is a good idea and easy to convery to others.
Hubby and I went to Las Vegas and Grand Canyoun in May and really enjoyed that trip, so this cruise will probably be our last for awhile. Got to save a bit here and there for next year's vacation.
