Hey, I found the rate code they gave me to search with back then, doubt it is the same. It was CDW3 "I think". I have a bad habit of making nonsensical notes on post-its.

One thing is for sure, they don't list the details as they say.

I see where they offer past cruise disconts. But how about the special partys and other perks like vip boarding and so on? Does any of this apply?

No.

Unfortunately they don't have reciprocity for our on board perks. I wish they did as I would definitely be more enticed to cruise on Princess.

I agree Dwayne. I have tried for years to get Carnival to offer reciprocating perks...if not for Platinum...at least Milestone (or maybe Milestone 50).

Folks who are loyal to Carnival (like us) would still cruise Carnival...but it would entice us to go "up the food chain" to more expensive cruises.

Absolutely! We all get older and like to expand our experiences so to speak. I'd still cruise on Carnival as well. In a way they are dropping the ball with this.
