Just a heads up about the redemption process. If you are using your points for OBC's (On Board Credits) there is a misnomer on the redemption page. It says they will be delivered after the first day and before the last. I think they mean a notice sent to the cabin about them. I used some of mine a few days ago and they showed up the next business day on my statement.

Now for those that cannot access your statement information via Carnival.com because you are booked through a Travel Agent (which is best imho) you can ask your Travel Agent to forward a current statement/confirmation to you a few days after redeeming your points. It should show up as a BOOKING CHARGE/CREDIT.

Barclay's gets an A+ for speed of redemption. They are still in the D- category concerning interest rates.

I did not redeem mine for OBC. I am getting merchandise.. I just hope it shows up in my cabin.

It should. Just be patient if it takes a day or two. Also print your redemption confirmation out and take with you. From reports I have read so far it should be in your cabin on embarkation day or day 2.

Some bath robes and drink coupons..love those robes!!!

Excellent choice! While I don't normally use bathrobes I find myself using those on the cruise.

I still have a bunch of points left. I may get the "The Party Cooler". It comes with the cooler 4 Budweisers and a baseball cap. I wonder if they'll let me trade the Budweisers for Bud Lights or Coors Lights.
