When does Carnival move ships around??

The main reason I would like a spirit class ship to go to Miami is that that is the only port that I get free parking. I am a disabled Vet, and the Port of Miami bends over backwards to take care of us. I cann't say enough godd about Mr. Gregory Eden and his staff there. Viet
