Anybody recently back from the Carnival Paradise?

Was on the Paradise in October and have been on her a few times in the past. What do you want to know? We really enjoy the ship for a short trip. The crew is great, the food is great, and we always have a fun time.

I was just wondering about taking one of those short trips. Never did a cruise for 4 or 3 days. Always did about an 8 day cruise. Since I live on the East Coast; I'm wondering if it would be worth it for me. Thanks Mary49

I don't think I would make a trip that far for the ports it offers. Catalina is fun, Ensenada isn't much. If you are looking to come to Southern CA and do other things while here, I think you would enjoy it. If just for a short cruise, I would still do Southern Florida due to the better selection of ports.

Ive never been on a carnival cruise but ive been on three cruises to ensenada 2 with royal carribean and 1 norwegian and i cna't stop going its the best time ive ever had. Im taking my coworkers on the 4 night cruise june29 thru july 3rd and im hoping itll be a great party the whole time

Beings you are coming all this way ,unless you are sightseeing LA ,you might want to pick the Mexican Riviera cruise to give you a total Mexican experience. I agree the short trip to Ensenada or with Catalina is just to short. Sort of like your Bahamas on your end.
