Recently found out we have R206 on Inspiration. Through previous dicussions people have identified cabins that may be more noisy than others. This room appears to be close to stairs. Should I be concerned? Thanks for responding!

I would not be too concerned about noise from the stairs. The stairs do not end in the hall infront of your cabin they end in the center of the ship. You have a wall across from your cabin.
