A few years ago mh DH and I went on the Destiny. The last day we were on we found an area on board that was actually quiet. It was on the side of ship w/ lounge chairs under an overhang. Any such luck on the Conquest?

Well, the ship holds many more passengers than the Destiny class ships, so "quiet space" is hard to come by. If you are looking for a quiet place with lounge chairs, the only place that MAY fit that is the Sky deck. If you just want a place to yourselves, try the Upper/Empress decks all the way forward. You made be able to go out there and find soem quiet time.

Hi syndney dog, welcome to Cruise-Chat. Congratulations on your upcoming cruise. I haven't sailed on that particular ship, but have always been able to find a few quiet spots on board, even the behemoth ships. I'm sure there are plenty on this board that have sailed on her and can answer your question, but I wanted to welcome you aboard. Best wishes for a fantastic cruise!
Conquest was my first and second cruise ship. I loved her. I found that the deck right outside the main lobby was normally nice and quiet, most of the partying was going on in the disco and lido deck.
Oddly enough this is called the 'Lobby Deck', this is also where you will go (at least we did) for the lifeboat drill.
If my friend Hennie (Papa Smurf) is still the ACD when you sail, tell him that DJ said hi!
Our youngest son DJ has autism and Carnival "works some magic" to keep Funship Freddie away from him. On the Fantasy, Hennie exceeded all expectations!! He was great!!!
The outside area of the Lobby Deck that Marty mentioned is usually very quiet. At least it was on the Glory, Conquest's sister ship. I don't recall if there were lounge chairs though.
