I posted my Alcohol smuggling question before reading... So just to make sure im clear... if you pack the *hit out of them in the bags they wont be picked up on the xray? My g-friend and i are going on our first cruise with some newly married friends who have a all cruised before, and they always talk about how much they spend on alcohol... So i figured for the four of us... on a seven day cruise if we each packed away a bottle in our bags we should be good for the cruise! agree?

Anyone know the closest liquor store to Miami international!?

hello and welcome, their is a 6 page post on how to smuggle booze, I'll find it and revive it for you. In short the xray will always pick it up but they don't enforce the no outside booze rule as long as you put it in your checked luggage,NOT your carry on.

That would be great.... Hmm is there a reason for that ummm reasoning ha! is it recommended to transfer to a water bottle? and what the hell is the difference between checked and carry on? that just means people are slightly on edge for two hours until its dropped off!

Seems like so many people think they can't cruise without drinking all week. I wonder how much more fun these folks might have if they stayed sober all week. (Just something to think about.)

Yes i see your point! Unfortunately i think i am miss understood! Im 23 a full time college student, and a foreman for one of the largest residential contractors n new york state! So i work work a soldi week too... with ll this my girl is a graduate student going for her MBA so it is difficult for us to relax and actaully enjoy life! so our itent is not to go on a boat and get trashed,but merely be able to go aay...sight see... and if we so choose to get drunk and have a good time so be it... Not that i feel i need to explain myself to ya, just wanted to make my intent a litle more clear!

I heard that but if you can afford to cruise why smuggle booze just buy it while you are on the ship, it is like why buy a Lexus if you can't afford to put the gas in it.
