Ok the question I can't seem to find an answer on. What is happening with the gambling for cruises that now have no stops or no stops outside the US? Like the Ecstasy with no ports? Or the Paradise to San Diego and Catalina? Or the Elation to Ensenada only that may now have no sea days or just Catalina? Curious how things are going to go.

If they are out in International waters they can open the casino. International waters start about 3 miles out from a US port.

But I understood this only was ok for the gambling assuming the ship calls on a port out of the US. Hawaii is that way, hence no NCL gambling. Alaska always has a foreign port as well. I did read elsewhere that they may be lifting these regulations due to the flu for a temporary period.

IF they make "technical stops" like they did this week in Progreso and Cabo (the ship drops anchor but no one can get off) in foreign ports.... I believe the casinos will be closed as long as they are anchored. But as soon as they sail away...the casinos will reopen.
