Carnival has biggest booking week in their history

Sure, the stock market is in the tank and the economy awful. But despite the gloom, for the week ending March 1 Carnival had their largest booking volume in company history. Read more here at our sister forum's news page.

They even commented on it last night on the evening news. Let's hope this is a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy economic situation.

It is good news for cruisers. It was partially a result of the huge success of the Fun For All marketing campaign, which was "unofficially" voted as the best in the industry. A long with some pretty hefty discounting and a one day sale as well.
