Are Carnival ships wired for WiFi? If so, is there an access charge? If they are not wired, do they have internet cafes? Do they have a per minute charge or a flat fee? Thanks for your help.

To answer all of your questions.....yes.

All have an internet cafe, which is also a wi-fi area. And I think some of their ships have wi-fi in other areas. Yes it costs you. You can buy either by the minute or get a package of minutes. None of it is cheap.

Valor is the only Carnival ship with ship wide WiFi. The other ships only provide it in the Internet Cafe and the lounge area nest to the cafe

The cost if 55 to 75 cents per minute depending on the plan you get.
