can anyone explain why items from the patisserie are extra but sushi is included?

about the only answer one could give is: "Because that's Carnival's policy."

I agree totally with you blackvinyl! I guess we will just have to fill up on all the Warm Chocolate Melting Cake at dinner and we won't need to visit the patisserie.
