Looking to talk to anyone that has been on the Conquest!
I was wondering if there is a topless area on this ship?

yes at the very top and hidden, we took our kids and they never knew. I set out to find it one day and you have to put effort into finding it. You dont have to worry about stumbling across it. The view from up there is great though (I mean of the ship and all)

I assume you mean topless or total. It is topless only. Bottoms must be worn.

Can you get your drinks delivered to you, and is there any security in this area?

I've never been in the topless areas of Carnival ships while they were "in use", but they are clearly marked with warning signs and some have gates. Security routinely patrols the whole ship but they don't stay in any particular area.

Bar waiters will come by to take drink orders on a routine basis.

Are the workers on the ship allowed to talk and be friendly with the guest?

Of course!

You will encounter some crew who don't have time to stop and chat with the passengers - they have a job to do after all. This is most common when you see crew who are part of the deck department or doing maintenance - the sailors in other words. You may see them painting, or fixing a hatch or some other thing. In those cases I leave them alone since they need to get the task done since they no doubt have many other jobs still on their list.

But generally the officers, hotel staff, and others who are allowed access to the passenger areas are quite cordial. I've made many friends from among the bartenders and waiters and others.

Ladyrose, you'll have a great time on the Conquest! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. I've been on twice myself. I can't wait to get back on again, not sure when that will be though. Be sure to check out the ventriloquist comedian Marc Rubben when you are on the ship. His show is one of the best...not just for the ship, but in the whole fleat! I am a bit biased though as he is my husband. Have a great time! Connie
