Stay and cruise

Looking to stay a week in Dominican Republic then a weeks cruise. I would appreciate any ideas of companys who offer this and anybody who has done this.

I may be wrong, but I would think you would need to depart from and return to the D.R. I don't know of any lines that depart from there. Hopefully, one of our experts will have better advise. Best wishes!

it is showing the Costa Altantica will be sailing from La Romana Dominican Republic from Dec 18 2006 to April 9 2007
