I'm seeing some really good rates on this ship. My question - to those that have cruised her recently - is it a good choice if the object is just to do a quick cruise to get to #10 ... I don't think it could be any worse than the Destiny on the cruise right after it came out of dry dock.

We sailed on her in July. She is definitely showing her age, but I had a ball. The food was good, the service was great, the ship was clean. The elevators are a riot! She reminded me of the Jubilee, so maybe that's why I had so much fun. For a quick cruise to get to #10, I'd say go for it.

While our last cruise on her Dec. 2007 was not our best....she still gave us our money's worth.

The smaller ship seems to create a more family atmosphere among the staff and crew. And the food was ok....I say go for it!!

Haven't sailed on her recently. This would be an adsolutely great way to hit number 10!

Just have your expectations in check about the size and age of the ship. She is scheduled for some sprucing up Feb. 28th through March 8th.

I say go for the Platinum!

Dwayne
