ROOM SERVICE

What kind of foods are offered thru room service. I thought I read that you can not order any hot items everything is cold, like bagels for breakfast sandwiches for lunch, what kind of food is served for dinner if everything is cold, a salad. Just wondering wanted to try it one day out of the cruise but do not like cold food would want something HOT????

Sorry but it's all cold. Things such as salads and sandwiches and fresh fruit. As a replacement for a nice sit down..it won't work.

Thanks, Dave. We will likely make use of room service for breakfast on our upcoming cruise, on the mornings we don't go to the dining room. Our cabin is about 10 decks below the buffet, and I can't see making the trek for smoked salmon, tea and yogurt.

Nita,
Enjoy the room service especially at breakfast. On our last two cruises on the Conquest we had balcony rooms and how nice it was eating on the balcony in our robes and just relaxing. We ordered the salmon, fresh fruit (melon and citurs slices) a small variety of breads and pasteries, coffee, juice and my favorite (tacky but good) Frosted Flakes!

A tip of two or three dollars was will worth the enjoyment we had for our early morning dining!
