Only 11 days left before my 8th cruise and I'm trying to convince myself that I am nolonger excited. Is it normal for a person of 7 previous cruises to pack and unpack only to pack again and add more clothes even though I unpacked to lighten my load. "Oh well" I still have time to unpack and travel lighter,,,,,,, I'm glad I took the time to type this because I just realize I didn't pack and caps, and I need a pair of shades also,, oh well.

Looks like I've got cha beat!! I'm cruisin' in 10 days!! WHOO HOO!!! It's our third cruise, but I'm just as excited as if it were our first!!
You do have me beat on packing though. I've made lists and re written my lists and re-written them again - but haven't started the packing process yet.
I'm cruising in 10 days also. Can't wait. This is my fifth cruise, and I'm just as excited as the first. I've been packing and unpacking for two months now! I don't know why everyone is so hung up on packing light. I say take everything you want. What's the big deal about having an extra bag or two?

Don't usually pack till the day before, I do have all my lists too and know what clothes am taking etc. One time I forgot to pack my dress pants and had to buy a pair at the K-Mart on St.Thomas. One time I forgot my camcorder charger..I think I will follow you guys and start earlier. I usually take 2 pair of shades, my good ones and the cheap ones in case I lose on the beach
Fun pass,,, not only did I do it's months ago I also check it on a regular basis to may sure it didn't disappear( I guess). But as of today it's still there and so is my stateroom and the ship and all the other things I have checked a Ka-zillion times. Planning for next year now,,, August 7, Legend out of New York again. I really want to do a different ship though, one I haven't sailed yet. So I may change my mind before I even fully make up my mind,,lol. So excited here,,, but i'm a man and I can't let it show,,lol.

Oh come on Penny... 43 days is not too long. Could be worse. I'm really pumped as I'm in 1 month territory. I'm not packing and re-packing (yet ) but I am out buying things needed....
