lido deck cabin, carnvial liberty

Just checked my room # and it is 9269...on the lido deck! What do you think about this? Close to all but will it be NOISY??? I will be miserable if I cannot get to sleep! Anyone stay on the lido deck of liberty?

If I were you I would not want the Lido DECK ON ANY SHIP.I think it would be very noisy.I have not stayed on the Lido on the Liberty,this is just my opinin.Tom

gen - I am going to be on the Liberty in September. Most of the group I am going with have requested Inside Staterooms on the Lido deck. They were there the last cruise and wanted to be there again.
Personally I have not stayed on the Lido deck. I will mention that I have heard that the Liberty uses that huge LCD screen on the Lido deck for Karoke at night (not sure if they still do that.) The group I am going with has NOT experienced that!

We had a inside room on the Valor in May 05 and absolutely loved it. Going on the Triumph in Sept and also have a inside on the Lido.
I can't wait.

I was on the Liberty a few months ago and we did Karaoke on Lido till 1AM, security came out and said it was too loud. Lido is real busy during Kid season....

I note U2JT1s comment and checked it out on the Liberty at the March 31 sailing. The Kareoke "noise" does not seem to extend more than a cabin or 2 deep. I was in 9207, way forward and had no trouble with noise at all, and I'm a light sleeper. I think that 9269 will be far enough away from the big screen not to be any trouble.

We liked the Lido deck very much.

gen-Cabin 9269 appears to be located well back from the high profile activities section of the Lido Deck. The cabins in that area are well insulated and even the elevators will not disturb your rest.

Leaving on the Triumph, Oct. 13, 07. have room on the Lido. Will let you know about the noise when we get back.
