Hello, I have decided my next cruise will be with a "Deluxe Ocean View" cabin on the Dream. I will be getting 2 connecting cabins, mid ship on Rivera Deck.

If anyone has stayed in this type of Cabin on the Dream I would appreciate your comments. I have been in the regular ocean view cabins on the Fantasy Class, and the old Cat 6E on the Triumph - before they were converted to balconies.

Thank You

I think Jim C. stayed in one of these with his family. You should have plenty of bathrooms.

PC Guy-

Sorry I am just now responding.. I started to type a reply last night and my battery died...

Yes, Dawyne is correct, we had a DOV. We loved it. The extra shower/mini tub and sink make all the difference in the world when you come back from port and everyone is trying to get ready for dinner at once. I was concerned that the extra bathroom would take up a lot of space in the cabin but I really didn't notice a difference. Maybe there is a bit less storage but we had a family of four in one and found a place to store everything.

Is there anything in particular that you need information about?

Thanks for your comments everyone. This will be my platinum cruise and I am looking forward to it. The extra bathroom sounds good, which is why I want to try it out.

I have tried a few different cabins on Carnival. I had an ocean view twice on the Fantasy Class. I booked a mini suite on the Imagination, but had to change to an Ocean view on the Fascination because after Wilma I could not get a flight. I also had an inside on the Glory, balconies on the Victory and Legend, penthouse suites on the Elation and Holiday, and the old 6E family stateroom on the Triumph.
