Unlike Royal Caribbean's website, Carnival does not tell you what ships are sister ships. How can I find that information out?
|
Well, lets see. Around 1985 you had the Holiday, Celebration, and the Jubilee.
After that, I believe it is broke down into: Fantasy class Destiny class Conquest class Spirit class Anyone, please feel free to correct me as I am not sure about this. |
Tx drlivingston! Do you happen to know what ships are in those classes?
|
Holiday class-Holiday, Celebration, Jubilee
Fantasy class-Fantasy, Ecstasy, Fascination, Imagination, Inspiration, Paradise, Elation, and Sensation. Destiny class-Destiny, Triumph, and Victory. Conquest class-Conquest, Glory, Valor, Liberty, and Freedom. Spirit class-Spirit, Legend, Pride, and Miracle. |
Funny I was wondering that same thing thank you for that bit of information.

avenger,
actually "Carnival Destiny" is somewhat different from "Carnival Triumph" and "Carnival Victory", lacking one top accommodations deck. "Carnival Splendor" will be a "new" class for Carnival, being based on sister company Costa Crociere's "Costa Concordia" and "Costa Serena" which are themselves based on the "Conquest"-class, which is an enlarged "Destiny"-class (or rather "Triumph"-class). http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo.../icon_wink.gif |
Thank you Raoul for the correction. I was afraid that I was a little off on my response.
p.s. It just dawned on me that your name contains every vowel in the alphabet. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif |
Thank you drlivingston and Raoul, those were very interesting pieces of information! http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif

he must be saving up for a "sometimes "Y" "

That took a second, Mr. O, but yeow! Nice!
I expected something entirely different from you on a thread about "sister ships". |
