Hi bizzybee, sorry to hear of your problems, too. I do hope that the ports and Alaska made up for some of the disappointment. We would like to hear if you receive a response from Celebrity. I do hope you will consider Princess, they're our favorite, so far. We haven't sailed Celebrity, just NCL, RCL, Carnival, Costa, HAL, and Princess. I'd like to try Celebrity some day, but I'll try one of their other ships. I am glad to read that Celebrity did at least try to make ammends while you were still on board.
