Celebrity Galaxy Sold !

I read where the Galaxy will finish out her scheduled sailings through the Mar 2, 2009, itinerary. She will enter service for TUI Cruises in May 09. I love the Galaxy she was our very first cruise to Alaska in 96. The Galaxy got it all started, we became addicted to cruising! TUI cruises is designed for German speaking guest the article said. We will miss her!

I saw that, also. There's a mention in the September/October 2008 issue of Cruise Travel. I do recall seeing a press release this past spring, right around the same time Galaxy was refurbished.

So, you were onboard in her inaugural season...hers as well as yours!

Is the Solstice to replace her? She's been with them for a long time. Sure hope she'll be as grand in her new home.
