Century Baltic 27 Jun Excursions

Hi,
My husband, daughter (15) and myself are looking to see if anyone has booked Shore Excursions in St Petersburg, through DENRUS or any other group. We would like a tour which included the Hermitage and Pushkin/Tsarkoe Selo and anything else that's going, would assume over two days. Does anyone have a trip organised who are looking for other travellers to reduce the costs. If so, please advise. I would prefer not to be on the crusie ships excursions due to the size of the crowds, though don't want to hire a car with a guide on our own, as would prefer some company and this option is too expensive. This is my first time using this type of system. Hopefully I've posted this in the correct place with the right amount of information.
We don't want to go down the Visa option either.

I just placed a similar question in the Ports Chat. Eight of us are leaving on "Century" on the July 21st trip. I have the same concerns as you do about the Ship's tours in St. Pete.
Please, let me know what you find. I'll do the same, hopefully soon...

I sailed on the Century last year and did a DENRUS tour. They were very good. Our particular guide spoke excellent English. There were six of us in my group. We did a tour to the Hermitage, which included the Gold Room, plus they gave us a tour around the city, and stopped at a beautiful Jewish temple. They also took us to a place to do some shopping.

No, we leave Amsterdam on the 27 June and are in St Petersburg on the 3 & 4 July.

We are going to be in St. Petersburg on June 21th and 22st. There will be four of us !! We are planning a tour of the city for the first day and then going to Pushkin on the second day. Anyone interested in going with us and getting a van ?
