How to check weather conditions

Hi all

We are cruising on 14 Nov from Syd to Auckland on Celebrity Millenium.
I have heard that the Tasman Sea ( 1st 3 days of the cuise) is quite rough normally.
I tried , but could not locate or make sense of the Search answers from Google.

Does anyone know a way to find out if there is going to be storms likely or generally rough weather 14 to 17 Nov.

The wife gets sea sick in rough weather, so might prepare according to the forecast.
