Hawaii-Casinos open??

When cruising through the Hawaiian Islands, is the casino open on a Celebrity ship????

I know what you mean about splitting 10s. I see it all the time on cruise ships and not so much in Vegas. On my last cruise there was a woman who hit 16 no matter what the dealer had showing. If the dealer had a 5 showing she still hit a 16. I saw it all when whe had a 5 and an Ace(soft 16) and she stayed. Dealer had a 10 showing and drew to 21. Everyone lost!
