Thanks for the great pictures Andreasd. It amazes me the way they build these huge ships. It is fantastic that you are allowed into the shipyard. My first sight of an Aida ship was last year, we were docked with the AidaVita. I tried to get information from them, but it doesn't seem like they want any US customers. It looked like a fun line to try. Maybe one day they will let US citizens sail on them. Look forward to seeing more pictures, and thank you again.
Congrats Penny! And happy birthday to you early. I'm asuming you booked the balcony. What a great value on that ship/date! That's a cruise I'm looking forward (a long way forward) to the review on. I'm very tempted to book that one too but have 2009 all filled up already.
Thank you so much for taking the time and sharing the pictures of the new Solstice, I for one can't wait to set sail on her. I think it will be fantastic to play lawn bowling on the top deck and be barefoot in the grass !!
