Infinity Panama cruise 9/29/07

We have booked a 15 day Panama Canal Cruise on Celebrity Cruise leaving from San Francisco on Sept. 29th. We have cruised several times on Carnaval, NCL, Princess & Holland but this is our first time on Celebrity. Any information or tips that you can give us will be appreciated.
