Welcome to cruise-chat. A roll call for your cruise is located HERE.

What are you hoping to get out of concierge class?

Flint,
I have done many CC Class with Celebrity. I did do this at first for the extra points to get us to Elite Class. I do still like CC class for the following reasons. Your cabin is slightly larger 190 sq ft vs 170 sq ft also the verandah is I think, 41 sq ft vs 38 sq ft. I like the champagne in the room waiting for us. I like the flowers, the frette bathrobes, the cushions on the chairs on the decks, the bino's to use and the umbrella too. I also like the pillow menu and the extra goodies in the bathroom. The free tote bag for shopping. There is also a special shower head. I am not sure what you are expecting but I was never disappointed because I got just what was told to me,

good Point Lisa;

...I suppose after my last two cruises with rccl, I was left rather disappointed with a number of false promisies, so I suppose I'm just joping that , that their claims of the cc service are met.

I recently booked a CC room for my upcoming cruise. I read tons of reviews and they were all over the board. I decided to take the chance and am going to have faith that if anything promised is not delivered, and if I notify the cruise line that it will be rectified. I'm an optimist at heart. http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo...icon_smile.gif But I think the larger room itself is a definately plus.

marykay25,
You have the right attitude. If something is missing, you notify the room attendent and it will be rectified. I also am an optimist. When the pillow menu was missing..(sounds silly but I am a pillow nut, very important to a great nights sleep) I just called and could have any type pillow I needed. It is fun to walk into your room on departure and have chilled champagne and fresh fruit. I have been spoiled http://bestsmileys.com/blushing/5.gif
I do enjoy the little extras and the extra points aren't bad either to get to ELITE !

janfred, the extra points toward Elite are the main perk for us! Flint, we were satisfied with Concierge Class. On our most recent Celebrity cruise, we received everything as promised, except for the key card wallet, which isn't worth much and which we didn't need, anyway. The extra room in CC on the Millennium Class ships is nice, too. Enjoy!

LisaP,
Boy, just when I was thinking Elite Class was getting a little old and boring.. DARN if they did't give it a fantastic makeover with wonderful new PERKS http://cruise-chat.com/groupee_commo.../icon_cool.gif
I can't wait to try them all out on Feb 26
