Just a word about balcony suites on the Millennium. We sailed her in March of '05 and had stateroom 6018 on the penthouse deck, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
However you might want to know that these suites are located in kind of a plenum or atrium surrounded by steel beams. Our view was nothing short of spectacular but the balconies above us were set back and if they wanted to the guests could look right down on our balcony.
Also, because of the large "room" effect, smells, and smoke from other balconies kind of swirled around in there. It really wasn't an issue because when I lit up my Cuban cigars, the problem seemed to go away!
