Bringing wine and bottled water onboard Celebrity?

My travel agent suggested that we would each be allowed to bring one bottle of wine onboard the Silhouette when we sail in Dec. Has anyone else had success with this or is it not allowed?

Also, we would like to bring a suitcase containing some bottled waters onboard, drink them during our 12 night cruise and then use the empty suitcase for souvenirs. Will they frown on us doing that?

Celebrity allows one bottle of wine per adult to be brought onboard at embarkation. Corkage fees may apply. See their policy HERE.

I don't see anything in their terms and conditions that specifically excludes bottled water, but I'll take a closer look.
