Boarding time on Mercury

We are on the 1/17/05 cruise and was just received our tickets and saw that we are to board at 2pm for a 5 pm sailing. Is anyone out there that recently was on this trip (the last couple of months) and can you tell me the actual time they will start letting you board. Thanks

I was able to get on the ship early, as they will begin boarding as soon as possible to avoid lines. I would get their around noon. Just my opinion.
