can anyone tell me if there is any rhyme/reason or "crystal ball" way of knowing if and when a "guaranteed suite " category will open up?

I'm not sure which ship or when, but usually, when you book your cruise, you can book for a guaranteed catagory. That means, you are guaranteed nothing less and sometimes more.
