How do I find the times of excusions so I can book two?

Is there anywhere you can find more info on excursions, especially times? Celebrity tells you how much time to allow between excursions but I cannot find precise times of the tours offered.

If you enter your booking number, you should be able to find this information online -- at least that was our experience when we booked our tours in advance of our recent Century cruise. If I remember correctly, we went to the "My Celebrity" section of the site, opened our booking, and got to the shore excursion area from there. Let us know how it goes.

I see that with Celebrity you have to pay when booking. I much prefer the way you can book but change your mind without paying before the cruise with Princess.
