Miracle: Wheelchairs on tenders

Can wheelchairs get on Miracle's tenders? I use an electric w/c and can not trasfer out. Am I reading right that Costa Maya and Cozumel piers are destroyed, so all Miracle ports are tendered?

Costa Maya is not tendered.

The tenders are at the port and not specific to any ship. I have seen electric wheelchairs transfered to tenders before.
