We are traveling on the 6/18 sailing of the Zuiderdam. My mom is a bit "mobility impaired". HAL sent us a response to our Special Services Application and included the name of this company as a provider of scooter rentals onboard ship. Has anyone had any experience using them?

If you are able to bring her own scooter, it would be way les costly. They rent for a pretty penny (dollar) onboard. They ought to offer rent three times, take it home.
