Try the Holiday Inn Bay Harbor. It is right across the street from the pier.

Be sure to have dinner at Anthony's - it's just down the street on the water (as you walk out of the Holiday Inn it's to the left).

I am sailing on the Oosterdam in January and staying the night before at the Residence. I understand it is just blocks from the pier. How far is it?
