how to get from FLL to miami?

has anyone flown into Ft Lauderdale and then gotten shuttled to Miami? who did you use and how much$$$? i don't want to rent a car and then drop it at the airport and then get a ride to the dock, i have 4hrs. from landing to getting on the ship. thanks Randy

there are cabs at the airport, another option is getting a limo from the airport to the pier.

If you booked your cruise through a Travel Agent, ask them about the Round Trip transfers you can purchase through them. We fly into Ft. Lauderdale every time, and take the transfers {greyhound bus} back and forth to the port of Miami. It has worked out great for us every time, it is a no hassle way to get from the airport right to the cruise ship in Miami. I believe they cost like $34 per person for a round trip transfer., well worth it!!

we have done this also and we book with tri-county airport express www.floridalimo.com
they have shared bus shuttle service from FLL airport to port of miami or you can get a private sedan and and not have to worry about stopping for other people and get to the port faster. I just reserved them today for July of this year and it is going to cost $65 for the 3 of us..only about $10 more than the shared shuttle.
