Looking at June 20-27 cruise. Only flight out for us departs at 10am. Itinerary say in port at 6am. Can we make the 10am departing flight?

That is pushing things. Assuming you arrive exactly at 6am they still won't commence debarkation for at least an hour or more. Royal Caribbean lists 11am as the earliest recommended flight time.

If you have no other choice, I would make sure they know you have an early flight so you can be in the first group off the ship. I assume you will taxi to the airport? Its not that far of a drive but like Dave said that is very tight.

It is a short ride and the last time I did it, it was around $20. But I would take the express departure (carry your own bags off) and be first in line:-)....Very tight timing and almost too close for comfort.....Happy Sailing..

Thanks for the advice. Decided to take later flight home and take Monday off work. Felt like it was indeed too close for comfort.

Of course now you know what will happen.

Dave's 3rd Observation Of Cruise Ship Debarkation states that if an earlier flight was doable, it will only have been doable if you booked a later flight.

Dave, that sounds like very reasonable thoughts on your part and most probable to occur as you stated.

Rick99, I think that's a smashing idea. No need to hurry back to "work" (that necessary 4 letter word) when you've had such a relaxing cruise
