Hotel Prices

This may be a dumb question but i'll ask anyway. Does the prices for hotels change. I will be reserving a room at Holiday Inn San Diego on the Bay and was wondering if the price goes up and down during certain times of the year or are they set at one price.

I would assume San Diego would be like most resort areas and have seasons. I would also assume that the rates would be higher in the winter months. I know you can check rates for Holiday Inns on the internet. Best wishes and have a wonderful cruise!
