Need to stay in Tampa the night before our Cruise, any help with a Hotel near the port for A Saturday Night in Feb 09?

There are tons of hotels near by, the best rates I could find were the Days Inn, Howard Johnson, and the Sheraton. The Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk was $127/up and less than a mile away. The Howard Johnson Plaza-Tampa Downtown was 1.2 miles away and $159. The Days Inn Tampa-Port of Tampa was 3.1 miles away and $80.74/up. Hope this helps.
