Hotels at lax

Anyone have any ideas what is the best hotel to stay in at LAX. We are overnite for our mar 2nd cruise to hawaii and have never been in la

There is virtually every type of accomodation you can think of near LAX--from Motel 6 to Hilton. But I think what I would do is get a room at a Holiday Inn or Ramada in San Pedro if you just want a place to sleep. That way you are near the ship and don't have to worry about the ever-possible freeway gridlock and being late to embarkation.
