I may plan to take a cruise departing Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale. If so, I will drive there. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a place where I could park my car for a week while I am out at sea on my cruise? I suppose that there is a long term parking garage at the port. But how about a cheaper place? I was wondering if there is a place where you could park your car and they would provide transportation to and from Port Everglades. Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you will be driving in a day early and staying at one of the motels in the area, some of them offer complimentary parking for the week while on your cruise along with a free shuttle to the port. The Marriott Courtyard in Ft. Laud. is one of those motels. Also, try doing a google search for offsite parking...the airport and cruise port are not far from each other, so some of those places may offer offsite parking to either the airport or cruise port--including a free shuttle to each.

We're parking in United Airport Parking for $57.44 for 7 days, their website is . As kimj stated there are a few hotels/motels that offer complimentary parking for staying there. Best wishes!

Will United Airport Parking also provide shuttle transportation to Port Everglades, and not just the Ft. Lauderdale Intl. Airport?

Sorry Frase that I didn't look back here earlier. Yes, they provide a shuttle to/from the port. I'm going to try and drop my hubby off at the port, go park the car and take the shuttle back. (If they'll let us drive into the port. If not, we'll take the shuttle together and fight with the luggage.) The shuttle runs almost 24/7. Best wishes!!
